At French–4–Business you can rest assured that your confidential information remains confidential. Our most important relationships are with our customers, and large part of developing these associations rest on our utmost respect for you and your privacy.

As an organization that puts our customers first and foremost, our commitment to your privacy and confidentiality in all business transactions includes:
  • Any information received from a client, whether personal or business in nature, is considered confidential and therefore confined to employees of French–4–Business;
  • All French – 4 – Business employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement that prohibits the sharing of any information translated by French–4–Business;
  • Any documents submitted to French – 4 – Business for translation will not be released to an outside third party without the written consent of the client;
  • Distribution and/or reproduction of any client information or documentation outside the intended business use, as agreed upon by French–4–Business and the client, is strictly forbidden by French–4–Business;
  • All information and documentation provided to French–4–Business by the client is considered the sole property of the client and will be held in the strictest confidence by all employees of French–4–Business.
